My CS host in Kuala Lumper, Malaysia - Dilip 馬來西亞吉隆坡沙發主

Apa khabar?
आप कैसे हैं? Āpa kaisē haiṁ?
How are you?

My 1st CS host in KL, tall/slim/sexy Indian guy Dilip,
accepted my couch request very soon, I am happy to meet him in this city.

His CS profile:

He gave me the reference via couch surfing:
Richard had amazing memory of his experiences in CS and able to narrate it well and witty. He can really go on and on, so ask him to stop or be overwhelmed with knowledge of the world. He is very independent and funny. He can cook well I think but I didnt give him much chance at the kitchen. Thanks for the calligraphy and the gifts.. Sorry for not being able to show around much but was happy you were very prepared for KL sightseeing.

I sent the reference to him as below:
If there is one more "Super Positive" option to describe the CS experience, I would like to use it to share my greatest meeting and surfing at Dilip home.

A Bollywood prince (tall, handsome and very charming guy), picked me up near his job location, went to take coffee shop & a interesting bazaar (food market) near his home.

Wish to have one more time to meet this excellent friend again because I know that this friendship will be kept longer in future.

Taiwan welcomes progress on working holiday pact with France 台法打工度假協定 近期簽署

Taipei, Sept. 17 (CNA) Taiwan is aiming to sign a working holiday agreement with France as soon as possible, a foreign affairs official said Tuesday, following a French official's suggestion that an accord could be signed soon.

"We have been in talks with France on signing such an agreement," said Zhang Ming-zhong, director-general of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Department of European Affairs.

Asked about a report that Interior Minister Manuel Valls said in a letter to French Senator Richard Yung that the agreement could be signed soon, Zhang said such a development was welcomed.

In Valls' letter dated Sept. 12, which Yung posted on his Senate website, the minister said he has brought new initiative to concluding similar working holiday agreements after they had been blocked by the previous government.

Indicating that a potential agreement with Taiwan presented "particular difficulties," Valls wrote that he has been working with other agencies to establish the proper legal format for such a deal.

"I am happy to inform you that these exchanges have advanced to the point that enable the signature of the bilateral accord in the very near future," the letter read.

If the pact is inked, France will join New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Canada, Germany, South Korea, Ireland, Belgium and the United Kingdom as countries having signed a working-holiday agreement with Taiwan.

Such working holiday programs have been popular among Taiwanese young adults.
